Everything you need to know about the us
Check your postcode and if we have availability you can chose a one-off service or schedule a regular service. The process is self guiding and you will received a fixed quote before you agree to the service. Cancel any time, service is paid in advance for new customers.
Yes, if you have a fortnightly service and prefer a weekly service we will be able to automatically upgrade your service on request. Just let us know you have a preference change.
You can cancel at any time for any reason, we will not need to know why and will be waiting to start a regular service for you as soon as you are ready to start one in the future.
We take photos before and after whenever we visit, you are sent notifications no longer than 60 minutes before we plan to visit and we send you confirmation as soon as we have left. We will confirm we have cleaned and left your property secure.
If you purchase a regular service it will automatically renew every two weeks until you cancel. We will bill weekly so you can cancel at any time and will never be charged for work not completed.
We understand some people prefer to be onsite when we visit. This is perfectly acceptable however for anyone that doesn't want to be at the property we just need to be given permission to enter the garden area on the days scheduled (can be covered by a single email). Most people have a side gate or other way of entering and this is something we will routinely accommodate. We just ask that animals are not roaming around freely when we visit.
